BM 536
Composition: Gold = 80%
  Tin = 20%
Melt Point = 536°F / 280°C
Flow Point = 536°F / 280°C
Applications: Solder assemblies. Low ductility and vapor pressure.

BM 909
Composition: Gold = 81%
  Indium = 19%
Melt Point = 909°F / 487°C
Flow Point = 909°F / 487°C

Applications:

High temperature solder. Good wetting on most metals.

BM 1670 BAu-2
Composition: Gold = 80%
  Copper = 20%
Melt Point = 1666°F / 908°C
Flow Point = 1670°F / 910°C

Applications:

For ceramic to metal assemblies. Good step-braze alloy. Lowest melt Au/Cu alloy.

BM 1740 BAu-4 / AMS 4787
Composition: Gold = 82%
  Nickel = 18%
Melt Point = 1740°F / 949°C
Flow Point = 1740°F / 949°C

Applications:

For stainless steel, Inconnel, Kovar, and tungsten

BM 1850
Composition: Gold = 35%
  Copper = 65%
Melt Point = 1814 / 990°C
Flow Point = 1850 / 1010°C

Applications:

For copper, nickel, Kovar and Mo-Mn metallized ceramics.

BM 1860 BAu-1
Composition: Gold = 37.5%
  Copper = 62.5%
Melt Point = 1815°F / 991°C
Flow Point = 1860°F / 1016°C

Applications:

For copper, nickel, Kovar, and Mo-Mn metallized ceramics.

BM 1886 BAu-3
Composition: Gold = 35%
  Copper = 62%
  Nickel = 3%
Melt Point = 1832°F / 1000°C
Flow Point = 1886°F / 1030°C

Applications:

Similar to BM 1010. The addition of nickel allows for use with stainless steel materials.

BM 1915 BAu-6 / AMS 4786
Composition: Gold = 70%
  Palladium = 8%
  Nickel = 22%
Melt Point = 1845°F / 1007°C
Flow Point = Flow = 1915°F / 1046°C

Applications:

For stainless and superalloys.Very high ductility and strength.

BM 2050 AMS 4784
Composition: Gold = 50%
  Palladium = 25%
  Nickel = 25%
Melt Point = 2016°F / 1102°C
Flow Point = 2050°F / 1121°C

Applications:

Offers good oxidation resistance. For stainless and superalloys. High ductility and strength.
