DESCRIPTION:
CDA #110 is a free-flowing, high strength
material for the brazing of steel, stainless and nickel alloys.
Brazing is performed in a controlled atmosphere enviroment without
the use of flux. By controlling the moisture content (dew point)
of the atmosphere, assembled parts exit the furnance clean and
ready for shipment.
CDA
#110 is available in a variety of preform options and is well
suited for tight fitted as well as press fit joints. From an economy
standpoint, CDA #110 is the least expense material available.
With properly designed joints, it is also one of the strongest.
