DESCRIPTION:
CDA #102 is an oxygen-free, highly liquid
material. It is ideal for steel, stainless and nickel alloys.
Brazing is performed in either a controlled atmosphere or a vacuum.
CDA #102 delivers superior strength (in excess of 75,000 PSI for
properly designed joints) and is very ductile. Available in a
variety of preform options, CDA #102 is best suited for press-fit
joints. This makes it possible to produce high strength components
with a minimum amount of braze material.
